We're building our in-person team, and are looking for team members to better serve our community.
Here are our available positions:
Membership Coordinator
- Manage weekly guest bookings for Hope Writers, Hope Podcasters, Hope Speakers, and Hopepreneurs.
- Communicate weekly guest details through social media and email.
- Provide basic customer support and encourage member progress.
Technology Coordinator
- Build and maintain website pages using GoHighLevel/ hope*dashboard
- Film and edit social media content for Brian Dixon.
- Support members struggling with software use and help build client packages.
Publishing Coordinator
- Coordinate book publishing projects using ClickUp.
- Monitor task progress and manage publishing logistics.
- Assist in onboarding new authors and develop standardized operating procedures.

The details:
Each of our positions are based in our Matthews, NC co-working space. We work in-person Monday-Thursday and remotelyĀ on Fridays. Positions start at 30 hours a week, $22 an hour with opportunity to grow into full-time positions after a 30 day trial period.
