We're looking for 3 key team members to join our startup.

At hope*media, we help writers discover, share, and publish their message of hope.Ā 

We're building our in-person team, and are looking for team members to better serve our community.

Here are our available positions:

Membership Coordinator

  • Manage weekly guest bookings for Hope Writers, Hope Podcasters, Hope Speakers, and Hopepreneurs.
  • Communicate weekly guest details through social media and email.
  • Provide basic customer support and encourage member progress.

Technology Coordinator

  • Build and maintain website pages using GoHighLevel/ hope*dashboard
  • Film and edit social media content for Brian Dixon.
  • Support members struggling with software use and help build client packages.

Publishing Coordinator

  • Coordinate book publishing projects using ClickUp.
  • Monitor task progress and manage publishing logistics.
  • Assist in onboarding new authors and develop standardized operating procedures.

The details:

Each of our positions are based in our Matthews, NC co-working space. We work in-person Monday-Thursday and remotelyĀ on Fridays. Positions start at 30 hours a week, $22 an hour with opportunity to grow into full-time positions after a 30 day trial period.

  • hope*books is a hybrid book publishing program helping first time authors write and launch their professionally published book.

Technology Support

  • We help our authors grow their social media, launch their website, and build their email list with our software hope*dashboard.
